What it does not do

No automatic payment collection, invoicing changes, or accounting integration in the first build.
No changes to delivery routes, delivery scheduling logic, or the Monday–Friday hand-delivery operation.
No claims of supplier or farm integrations — the list is fed by Angelo's own count, not an outside feed.
